How do the two render models differ?
Avirale Standard (powered by Kling 2.1 Turbo) is our fast default — great quality, fast render, costs 1 credit per second. Avirale Premium (powered by Seedance 1.5 Pro) renders sharper detail and handles complex motion better, but takes longer and costs 3 credits per second. For most UGC, talking-head, and product-demo content, Standard is the right pick. Premium shines on cinematic or fast-motion shots.
Can I switch models per video?
Yes — you pick the model fresh on every render. Use Standard for daily output and reserve Premium for the hero shot or anything where detail really matters. Your credit budget flexes between the two however you want.
Why does the headline number say '1-minute videos at Standard'?
Marketing simplicity. The biggest video count you can get with your credit budget is what's possible on Standard, so that's the headline. Premium gets you about 1/3 as many videos for the same credits. The info icon (i) on each plan shows the exact breakdown for both models.
Do unused credits roll over to next month?
No — credits expire at the end of each billing period. That keeps prices low (no hoarding) and creates predictable economics. If you regularly under-use a tier, downgrade. If you regularly hit the cap, upgrade or buy an add-on pack.
How does the $1 trial work?
Every plan starts with a 3-day trial for $1. You pick a tier, pay $1 upfront, and get full access to that tier's features for 3 days — including a starter credit allowance so you can render real videos. On day 4 your plan auto-renews at the regular monthly rate (or annual if you chose annual). Cancel anytime during the 3 days and you won't be charged anything beyond the original $1.
What if I want more credits during the trial?
Your trial includes a fixed credit allowance to keep the $1 price honest — enough to render and evaluate at least one full video so you can decide whether to keep the plan. If you need more during the trial, you can buy an add-on credit pack at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access (and any remaining credits) until then.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose paid time.
What if a render fails or comes back broken?
Failed renders don't cost credits — we refund the credit automatically once we detect the failure. If a render succeeds but the output is unusable, contact support and we'll usually credit it back too.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If we have an extended outage (more than 72 hours in a single billing cycle) email billing@avirale.ai and we'll consider a pro-rata refund or credit.
How does the watermark on Starter look?
Small Avirale wordmark in the bottom-right of every Starter-tier video. Doesn't cover content, but it's clearly visible. Creator and Studio outputs have no watermark.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — paying annually saves about 25% (three months free). The toggle at the top of the pricing cards shows you the monthly-equivalent rate either way.
Do you have a free trial?
We don't offer a fully free plan — the $1 3-day trial is our equivalent. It's lower friction than asking for full price up front, lets you see actual output before committing, and creates accountability via a real card on file. Most users who don't cancel during the trial stick around for many months.
